Hockey again
OK, what if the Canucks are toast again this year - I’m starting to play hockey again.
I’ve been a hockey player all my life, but lately (at the ancient age of 32) I’ve not had the time. However, the recent NHL playoffs has reinvigorated my desire and off I go (late at night) to play ice hockey for the first time in something like 6 months.
Sheesh … I wonder if I still know how to put on all the equipment!
….
Okay, so this is the morning after. Whoa - that felt good (and bad). 3 goals … but absolutely no legs.
I thought indoor soccer and some floor hockey would keep me fit, but ice hockey apparently requires a much higher level of fitness!
